Emerging Professionals Leadership Program

ACI launched the Emerging Professionals Leadership Program (EPLP) in 2014 to help grow a leadership pipeline and ensure a strong future for Indiana's agribusinesses. The EPLP is a one-year program that provides substantive discussions on some of today's most critical issues and introduces class members to key industry and policy leaders. The feedback from our alumni and their employers about the program has been exceptional....

"I wanted our Emerging Professional to have exposure to areas in agriculture that he would not have in his current job... He has gained significant background knowledge and built strong relationships with other class members. He continues to make comments in our business that you can tell he gleaned from the Emerging Professionals program."

"This experience has introduced me to other professionals in our industry - through my classmates and our speakers. I plan to be more active in my local civic groups to be the 'local' face of our industry. I'm also excited to be more active in ACI. Thanks for starting this GREAT program!"
