Dawn Betancourt, Regional Manager, ADM
Dawn grew up with ag in her blood.  A father, two sisters and now a son, putting their hearts and souls into making ag better for everyone they touch. She has been responsible for multiple grain elevators throughout the country with The Andersons,  and spent 6 years as President of Thompsons Limited in Canada. She now works as Regional Manager for ADM with facilities across Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Doing the right thing is her motto and customer service her passion.  She does this by creating value for both producers, and the company she works for.  She's direct and will tell it like it is which makes her a compelling listen.

No one is an expert in this field – we all have a thing or two to learn and improve upon. But through simple steps, each and every one of us can work to amplify our voices to better the future of agriculture for generations to come. Agriculture is the single only industry that touches every single human being on the planet through food, fuel, and fiber, so we must continue to AMPLIFY our voices to show the industry’s importance and impact on everyone.

Rachel Hyde, Field Sales Marketing Coordinator, Beck's Hybrids
Rachel works at Beck's as a Field Sales Marketing Coordinator, where she aims to encourage, equip, and educate the field sales team and dealers with local marketing efforts. Outside of her day job, she is a 7th generation farmer working alongside her dad and brother on their corn and soybean operation in Noblesville, Indiana. Rachel also raises and markets nearly 300 head of purebred Shropshire, Hampshire and crossbred sheep for the livestock show industry with her uncle.

Rachel loves to advocate for agriculture and amplify her voice in a variety of ways. She serves on the Hamilton County Farm Bureau Board as the Public Relations Coordinator and is proud to be the 3rd generation in her family to serve on the board. Rachel is also active at the state Farm Bureau level, serving on various committees and keeping involved in the Young Farmers & Ag Professionals program. She attended the American Farm Bureau Convention representing Indiana in the national Discussion Meet competition and took part in an elite Women's Communication Boot Camp in Washington, D.C., with Farm Bureau. 

Rachel is also active with Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Marketing Council as a corn and soybean grower in the state along with the Agribusiness Council of Indiana, as Beck's Hybrids is a member. She was a graduate of the 2022 Emerging Professionals Leadership Program with ACI.

Advocating in the agriculture industry even shows up when Rachel judges sheep and goat shows throughout the Midwest. She loves to get involved with youth and make a positive impact. As a 10-year 4-H member and 7-year FFA member, volunteering with these organizations is a way to give back to the groups that shaped her into who she is today. Rachel helps run the Hamilton Heights FFA Boosters program as well.

Outside of her career and volunteer efforts, Rachel enjoys time at home with her husband Michael, dog Margo, and soon-to-be baby girl, due in June. Rachel helps with the marketing of Michael’s business, 2^nd Shift Garage Doors.
