Kelsey Lakamp
Head of North American Talent Acquisition and Academic Partnerships, Syngenta Seeds

Kelsey Lakamp is the Head of North American Talent Acquisition and Academic Partnerships for Syngenta Seeds. She has 15+ years’ experience in various HR and operational excellence roles in multiple industries including technology, insurance and financial services, and agriculture. In her current role, she is charged with creating and overseeing the execution of the TA and academic partnership strategies with a goal of increasing the team’s maturity in key capabilities such as recruitment marketing, data and analytics, and key partnerships to ensure the teams are true partners to the business. Kelsey holds her Bachelor's degree in business administration from Truman State University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. 

In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running kids to various activities and likes to read a good book in a hammock. 

 

Brandon Bell
Talent & Culture Lead, Syngenta Group & Head of ED&I Syngenta North America, Syngenta

Brandon currently serves as a Talent and Culture Lead for Syngenta Group Development and the Head of ED&I for Syngenta North America.

For more than a decade, he has partnered with organizations to design, deliver and implement human capital interventions across the public and private sectors. Subscribing to the philosophy that all human capital challenges are solved at the junction of policy and practice, Brandon takes a systemic and human-centered approach to his work to deliver tailored, sustainable solutions.

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys diving into a variety of sci-fi universes, creating and listening to music, hanging out with his fiancé and friends and enjoying an ultra-hoppy IPA.
